Care & returns

Caring for your piece

Hand wash with warm water and a mild soap, using a soft cloth or sponge. If your piece holds water or flowers, empty and dry it between uses to prevent mineral buildup in the textured areas. Not recommended for the dishwasher or microwave.

If your piece arrives damaged

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery at MelissaCobbMail@gmail.com, with photos of the damage and the packaging it arrived in. Because each piece is one of a kind, I'm not able to offer an identical replacement, but I will offer a full refund or store credit toward another piece, whichever you prefer.

Returns

Because these pieces are handmade in small batches, all sales are final except in the case of shipping damage as outlined above.
